we do not accept returns for change of mind. if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 4 days of order fulfillment (pick-up or delivery). we’ll happily offer a replacement or a full refund of the product price. alternatively, you’re welcome to return the item in person at our collingwood studio—just reach out to book an appointment.

warrantee:

if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

we offer a 1 year warrantee on flat globes if they are found to be faulty.
